WHY REBLACK?
Not all sealcoating jobs are done the same.
At REBLACK, we use a thicker squeegee application instead of spraying, giving your driveway a heavier, more even coat that fills in minor surface imperfections better and leaves a stronger protective layer.
We also use high-quality, environmentally friendly materials. We highly value the result of your project and will never cut corners on the material or application process.
Before we apply anything, we take the time to properly prep the surface by cleaning dirt, debris, or stains so the sealcoat can bond correctly.
Better prep, materials, and application means better adhesion, a cleaner finish, and longer lasting protection.
FREQUENTLY ASKED:
Why should I sealcoat?
Sealcoating your asphalt extends its life by helping protect it from sun, water, oil, salt, and normal wear. A properly sealcoated driveway can last up to 2-3x longer than a neglected one, helping you avoid thousands in long-term repair or replacement costs. It also restores the clean, dark finish of fresh asphalt.
How often should I sealcoat?
Most asphalt driveways and lots should be sealcoated every 2 years in order to maximize its lifetime.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please turn off sprinklers and move all items and/or vehicles off of your driveway or lot. If you have vehicles that need to be used in your garage, they should be parked in the street or elsewhere. It will take 48-72 hours until the sealcoat is fully cured and the driveway or lot can resume to normal use again.
how do I know if my driveway needs sealcoating?
If your asphalt is losing its dark finish and has slight cracking, it is ready for sealcoating. If your asphalt has potholes, major cracking, or is crumbling apart, it likely needs more significant maintenance or repaving/resurfacing.
